I'm a designer, with a rare blend of analytical and creative talent, a passion for retail and a love for interior design.
After graduating from Northeastern University with a BA in Business Entrepreneurship and Marketing, I worked in advertising for consumer products, retail visual merchandising, and retail environment design. I've worked for creative agencies, independent small business retailers, and global retail companies...and loved it!
At the start of the pandemic, I took a step back from working full time to focus on caring for my two young daughters, who were 1 and 3 years old when everything shut down. That gave me precious time with them, plus a few minutes here and there for some career soul searching.
In the summer of 2020, I started my own company and decided to work one-on-one with clients in Retail Strategy Consulting. Putting all of my corporate experience to good use, I want to help independent small business owners with commercial visual solutions including retail environment design and visual merchandising strategy.
Shortly after, during an enlightened conversation with a Realtor friend, I discovered I could turn decades of professional experience in designing retail environments into a fulfilling career in Home Staging, combining my love for space planning with my passion for home decorating. Now with years of staging experience I'm specializing in Occupied Properties and offer affordable and effortless home styling services to prepare homes for listing. I enjoy working with Realtors to bring out the best in each space.
In a natural progression to working with Homeowners directly, I now offer Color Consultations and help clients select furnishings and decor for their home decorating projects.

When I got married, I was happy to take my husband's last name but giving up my maiden name felt like losing a bit of myself. My middle name is Morgan, a beautiful name my parents compromised on when I was born. My dad had wanted my middle name to be Rose, a family name from his side.. Growing up I always loved the name Rose, so when I dropped my maiden name, I decided to legally add in Rose. It felt like I was keeping a bit of my legacy with me going forward with my new identity.
